I just love this Crazy Bird from Tim Holtz for belated birthday cards, the deflated balloon and her funny face seem to fit so well!
The sparkly polka-dots are made by using a stencil with embossing paste which I sprinkled glitter embossing powder on and then after it sat and dried a bit I finished by heat embossing it. I didn't want to heat emboss if before letting the paste dry a bit, afraid it might bubble up. Then the sentiment is embossed with white embossing powder.
I colored the bird with Zig Clean Color Brush Pens.
