In 2006 this was in the Technique Junkie newsletter - it's resurfaced over at Club Scrap as one of the "Carpet Tape Chronicles" cinemas by Nikki. A great little technique, plus you can get three cards out of it! Just goes to show you things in the stamping world never go out of style!
