This technique has probably been around forever, but recently I've discovered it and it really makes images pop off the black cardstock. You can google it and find a ton of tutorials and YouTube, but I'll give you a quick lesson here!
First you'll want a bold image stamp, stamp it with white pigment ink on black cardstock. You can let it dry on it's own, or speed it up by heat setting it.
You can also add interest to the piece with a white gel pen, by adding dots or designs where you like. And there you have it!
Supplies:
Cardstock: Club Scrap
Stamps: Club Scrap - Club Stamp Blossom Kit
Misc: watercolor pencils, Inkssentials Opaque White Pen
Punches: Stampin' Up!

Then using watercolor pencils color the image in as you like. It works best if you use two shades of the same color - press hard to really get the pencil into the white.
