Whimsy

At least that's the Technique Junkie technique name for this!  Kind of fun to do, and relaxing too!  The technique calls for glossy cardstock and dye based inks... or if you have Copics and an airbrush system you can use that.  I'm using dye inks here.  Stamp is from Club Scrap.
