One of the new Technique Junkie techniques is called Bands of Color - it really lends itself to just a nice background, or in this case a background for some fairly detailed stamps that you might not be in the mood to color. I needed a thank you for my cousins who have recently got their on-line hummingbird food shaker on the market, they sent over one of them for us so I thought a hummingbird themed card would be perfect.
