OWH - Midweek Throwdown

Over on the Operation Write Home Stars and Stamps blog they feature a Midweek Throwdown.  This week it's all about making thank you cards.  Cards that Heroes can send home to their families.

This was a fun little card to make with my new Squirrel stamp and die from PaperTrey Ink.  I added a mat made of dark brown cardstock run thought the Cuttlebug with a woodgrain Sizzix embossing folder.  Add some fun plaid paper from Simple Stories Take a Hike 6x6 pad and you've got the beginnings of a fun little card.

I just about have my box full of cards to send off to OWH, perhaps you would like to join in the cause?
