I'm enjoying learning how to use the new Distress Oxide Inks from Ranger/Tim Holtz. Making backgrounds makes for a very fun bit of creative play time. For the bird and his hat and balloon I simply used the inks like watercolors.
This is for my nephew whose birthday I totally forgot. Oops!
