Here is a fun sparkly birthday card! I made the stenciled background with Faber-Castell Whipped Spackle. It's almost like frosting, great for dimension but light and fluffy for card making. While it was still wet I sprinkled it with sparkly embossing powder from WOW and after it set awhile I heat embossed it. You have to be careful or the spackle can bubble up! I mounted this piece on a super-glittered silver cardstock.
The images are from Catherine Pooler LLC: Perfect Reason Stamp set & coordinating dies and the Spot On Sentiment dies. I die cut the word happy twice and glued together to give it more dimension.
