I made the snowy night sky by inking some cardstock with an Ink Blending tool and two of the new Spa Ink colors from Catherine Pooler. I used Royal Treatment and Juniper Mist. Then I spritzed it with water to leave the lighter parts.
The snowy hills, houses and trees are all dies from CP Winterhaven collection.
